Reserve the apartment

The representative will come to our office, bringing the power of attorney with him/her and will sign a reservation contract. We will give the bank account number where you can make the deposit for the apartment to your representative(
ventas@ciudaris.com).

Bank loan approval documents

You should send your representative all the documents needed for the approval of the loan, within the time limit of the reservation contract. (see appendix)

Legalization of power of attorney

Your representative will take the power of attorney that you sent him/her to the offices of the Ministry of Foreign Relations in Peru in order to have it legalized, so that it can be registered in the Public Registry.

Loan approval, signing of the contract and initial payment
Peruvian residing abroad and Representative
The representative will submit the documents for the loan approval and once approved, the sale contract can be signed and the initial payment made.

Mortgage

Your representative will open an account and will sign the mortgage.

Signing of the deed

At bank and notary petition, the bank expenditure deed is signed.

Apartment delivery
